First painting after 3 months of rehab after hip replacement surgery.  Two years ago I stated that I would keep this up.... this year I will try.

It is a beautiful country field on Chappaquiddick, MA.

Conch Shell

Decided today to do an inside still life since it was raining.

Do not really like doing still lifes but it actually was fun.

Need to add the palette knife tomorrow to make it come alive.

The Last Standing

My award winning oil "The Last Standing".
This was a very special tree on Wasque Beach.  It was the last tree standing before the sea reclaimed the beach and the tree.
